This wasn't just old age. It was the accumulated consequence of decades without the right knowledge: here is what your body needs, here is why, this is what you can do.

I see this story playing out in my friends' parents and even the generation coming up behind them.

That is why I am building PRABAL.

A pathway to improve bone and joint resilience. To share signals, not noise, showing that the body responds to the right inputs at every age.
